All above fees are plus disbursements and GST. Disbursements include title and company searches and do not usually exceed $75.00.
Please note:
- Payment of Fixed Price to be made by direct debit or credit card prior to release of original documents unless alternative arrangements are made.
- If first year annual rent exceeds $200,000, please contact us for a fixed price quotation.
- In most cases the above amounts are fixed and subject to disbursements, all-inclusive with no more to pay. Only if parties (either landlord or tenant) request numerous amendments, or additional searches and enquiries are required, will additional costs be incurred. However, we will always advise you beforehand if further costs will be incurred.
